The easy and quick asparagus frittata that can be prepared in a very less time is perfect for the breakfast time. The delicious frittata are the best use of leftovers and inexpensive as well.   • 2 tbsp unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 cup minced Shallots
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pound diagonally cut with ends snapped off Asparagus
  • 6 beaten Eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Cheese

How to make Asparagus Frittata

Step 1:Heat butter in a pan, then add shallots and cook until soften while stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Add asparagus and then cook covered for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Add eggs and cook until almost set, but slight runny on top.
Step 4: Sprinkle cheese over eggs, then put the pan in oven uptil cheese is melted and browned.

Step 5: Remove from oven and invert the frittata onto a serving plate.

Step 6: Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Easy to make banana snack cake is tasty, yummy and healthy as banana is there in it. The crunchy nuts, vanilla and creamy frosting are add on its taste. Also, the frosting is optional and the cake tastes good even without it. Try out the recipe of the delicious cake which is given here as follows.

  • 2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe Bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup chopped Nuts
  • Frosting
  • 1/2 cup brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened Butter
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 3 cups confectioners' Sugar

How to make Banana Snack Cake

Step 1: In a mixer, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs until blended.

Step 2: Add bananas and vanilla to it and beat until blended.

Step 3: Sift flour, baking soda and salt until combined, then add this to wet mixture.

Step 4: Beat the above mixture along with buttermilk until blended.

Step 5: Add nuts and stir well.

Step 6: Transfer the mixture into a greased baking pan.

Step 7: Bake it in a preheated oven until tester comes out clean.

Step 8: Meanwhile, add butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan, then heat the mixture and boil for two minutes.

Step 9: Cool the mixture, then add sugar and beat until frosting reaches.

Step 10: Spread the frosting over cake and serve.
