 Shrimp Fajitas Recipe

Recipe of Shrimp Fajitas

Preparation Time: 10 Mins
Cooking Time: 20 Mins

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lbs Medium Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 8 -12 Flour Tortillas, Warmed
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil
  • 6 Green Onions Finely Chopped 
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers, cut into 
  • 1/3 inch strips
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers, cut into 
  • 1/3 inch strips
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro1 Red Onion, Minced1 Jalapeno Pepper, Minced
  • 1/2 cup SalsaSalt to taste

How to make Shrimp Fajitas

Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, oil, chopped oregano and lime juice. Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes
Step 2: Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add red onion, red and green bell peppers and jalapeno pepper, cook and stir until slightly softened
Step 3: Now add marinade shrimp, cook and stir constantly about 3-4 minutes
