- 4 tbsp Oil
- 800 gms Chicken - Diced
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2-3 Onions - Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup Water / as Required
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
For Green Masala: (Grind to a paste)
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Coconut - Freshly Scrapped
- 1/2 inch Ginger Piece - Roughly Chopped
- 3 Green Chilies - Slit
For Coconut Milk:
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 3/4 cup Coconut - Freshly Scrapped
Step 1: Marinate the chicken
in salt, garlic paste and ginger paste. Mix well
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan.
Add black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and
cumin seeds. Saute till the smell comes

onions and cook till translucent
