Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
- ½ cup Corn Syrup
- ¼ cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 1: Line bottom and sides of a baking pan with plastic wrap
Step 2: In a heavy saucepan, mix chocolate chips and corn syrup and cook on low heat until it gets smooth
Step 3: Remove it from the heat and stir. Add sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Stir until it gets thick and glossy
