With some adjustments, this oatmeal comes out in a new form, which is more tastier than the simple one. Baked oatmeal is not much sweet and goes well, if you don't like to add more sweetness to it. Topping makes this baked version more attractive and incredible. Get ready to prepare the baked dish, which is ready in a couple of minutes and suits well to your breakfast.

Ingredients

    • 1 cup rolled Oats
    • ¾ cup Milk
    • 1 Egg
    • ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Nuttzo
    • ¼ cup mashed Banana
    • ¼ cup raw Pumpkin seeds
    • ½ tsp Baking soda
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • Nut butter & fruit


How to make Baked Oatmeal

Step 1: In a bowl, mash the banana and nuttzo together well.
Step 2: Mix in oats, milk and egg, then stir in baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into greased ramekins and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 4: Top with nut butter and some fresh fruit if desired.
Step 5: Serve the baked oatmeal.
