Ingredients
- 4 Eggs, Boiled and Peeled
- 1 Onion, Grated
- 2-3 Clove Garlic, Grated
- 1 Large Tomato, Chopped
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 3 - 4 Whole Red Chili
- Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
- Oil for fry
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, put cumin seeds on it and fry for a minute. Add onion, whole red chili, garlic and sauté it over a low-medium flame till it softens
