Servings: 3 - 4 Persons
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs, Boiled and Peeled
  • 1 Onion, Grated
  • 2-3 Clove Garlic, Grated
  • 1 Large Tomato, Chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 - 4 Whole Red Chili
  • Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • Oil for fry
  • Water as required 
  • Salt to taste
 
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, put cumin seeds on it and fry for a minute. Add onion, whole red chili, garlic and sauté it over a low-medium flame till it softens
