Ingredients
  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Carrot (chopped)
  • ½ cup Celery (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 7 cups Kale (stemmed and chopped)
  • 450 gram Cannellini Beans (rinsed, drained and divided)
  • 450 gram Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
How to make Two-Bean Soup with Kale

Step 1: Pour oil in a heavy cooking pot and heat it

Step 2: Add onion, celery and carrot and cook for 5 minutes

Step 3: Mix kale and three cups vegetable broth
