Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton, Minced and Washed
- 2 medium sized Onion, Chopped
- 2 medium sized Tomato, Chopped
- 2-3 Green Chilli, Chopped
- 3-4 Pepper Corn
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Water as required
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Few Coriander Leaves
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat oil in a large pan. Add pepper corn, bay leaf and cumin seeds, when it comes to crackle add onion, garlic paste. Sauté till it turn to golden-browned then mix green chilli. Stir well
