Ingredients
- ½ kg Fish (King Fish, Pomfrets or Lady Fish), Clean and Washed
- ½ cup Onion Paste
- ½ cup Tomato Paste
- 1-2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- Water as required
- Few Coriander Leaves , Chopped
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Take a bowl, Mix turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, coriander powder, salt, lime juice and water in to the mixture to make thin paste
Step 2: Cut the fish in to two slices and washed properly with warm water then apply thin paste over each slices from all the sides. Keep them aside for an hour
