Red Skinned Potato Salad is a nicely seasoned and creamy potato salad that is easy to make. It is a perfect blend of red potatoes, bacon, eggs, onion and celery. The mouthwatering recipe is creamy, crunchy and filling. For a vegetarian version, you can use leek (fried) instead of bacon. Here is how to make Red Skinned Potato Salad:

Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Red potatoes (clean and scrubbed)
  • 450 gram Bacon
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Stalk Celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
How to make Red Skinned Potato Salad

Step 1:
Boil water with salt in a large pot

Step 2: Add red potatoes and cook for around 15 minutes until slightly tender

Step 3: Drain and refrigerate

Step 4:
Take eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water
