Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless Chicken Pieces, Washed
- 3 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1 large sized Onion, Chopped
- 2-3 Green Chili ,Chopped
- ½ tsp Ginger Paste
- ½ tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Pinch Baking Soda
- Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
- Water as required
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
