Simple, easy and pretty delicious salad that we can have every week, which is healthier as well. Caprese Panazanella would be one of the recipe that you crave for, as this salad combines two Italian classics into one salad. The bread salad is truly a great take-off of the tomato and mozzarella salad. Get ready to thrive with utterly irresistible panazanella whose recipe given as follows.

Ingredients

    • 5 sliced vine-ripened Tomatoes
    • 2 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
    • 8-ounce sliced mozzarella Cheese
    • 2 minced cloves Garlic
    • 1/2 packed cup chopped Basil leaves
    • Olive oil
    • Kosher Salt to taste
    • Ground black Pepper to taste
    • 4 slices of white bread

How to make Caprese Panzanella

Step 1: Arrange tomato slices on the bottom of the greased baking sheet.
Step 2: Drizzle balsamic vinegar, then lay the cheese slices on the top of tomato slices.
Step 3: Sprinkle garlic, basil, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Arrange the bread slices on top and again drizzle olive oil.
Step 5: Bake them until the filling is bubbling and bread turns crisp and golden.
Step 6: Remove from the heat and set aside for cooling.
