Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked Rigatoni
- 1 tbsp olive Oil
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 pack defrost frozen Spinach
- 3 cup cubed, cooked Chicken breasts
- 1 can Italian-style diced and undrained Tomatoes
- 1 container Philadelphia chive & onion cream Cheese
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1½ cup shredded mozzarella Cheese
How to make Chicken and Spinach Pasta Bake
Step 1: Firstly, prepare rigatoni according to the package directions.
Step 2: Grease the baking dish with oil, then bake onion in a preheated oven until tender. Keep aside.
Step 3: Drain the chopped spinach by pressing between paper towels.
Step 4: In a bowl, stir in rigatoni, spinach, chicken, onion, tomato, cream cheese, salt and pepper well.
Step 5: Transfer the mixture into baking dish & sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Bake them covered in a preheated oven until bubbly.
