Tasty dessert is so yummy that you can enjoy with your family and friends. It works well on holidays as delicious snacks that has cinnamon filling. Also, the glaze over these cookies can be changed according to your preference. You can store them for many days in refrigerator that works good with surprise guest as well. 


Prepare cinnamon roll cookies with recipe given as follows.

Preparation Time: 30 mins
Cooking Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar Cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk

How to make Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Step 1: In a bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, flour and egg until dough forms.
Step 2: Roll out the dough, then brush with butter.
Step 3: In an another bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over dough.
Step 4: Roll up the dough lengthwise, then wrap the roll in plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
Step 5: Cut the slices from rolled and firm dough, then placed on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 6: Bake them in a preheated oven until edges are light golden brown. Keep aside and cool on wire rack.
Step 7: In a bowl, stir powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over cooled cookies.
