The popular appetizer is very easy to make and ready in couple of minutes is cheesy, spicy and yummy. One of the best chip dips made with handful ingredients is simply gooey, smoky and the favourite of many people. Ingredients

    • 1 cup white Wine
    • 1/2 pound grated mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack
    • 1/2 pound crumbled goat Cheese
    • 2 roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped poblano Peppers
    • 1/4 pound grilled and diced Spanish Chorizo
    • 6 cloves smashed roasted Garlic
    • Salt to taste
    • Ground Pepper to taste


How to make Queso Fundido

Step 1: In a double boiler, simmer the wine.
Step 2: Stir in mozzarella and Jack cheese until melts.
Step 3: Add monetary jack, goat cheese, poblano pepper, seasoning, garlic paste and chorizo, then cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Place it in a palatte and serve hot with flour tortillas and blue corn chips.
