- 1/2 kg Beef Pieces,Washed and Drained
- 1 Large Onion,Chopped
- 1 Tomato, Chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, Diced
- 1 -2 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 300 gram Kidney Beans, Washed
- Few Coriander Leaves,Chopped
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat little oil in a pan, cook beef pieces with salt untill browned. Set cooked beef aside and keep covered
Step 2: Heat oil in a deep large pan, saute cinnamon,onion, garlic and tomato for a minute. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, ground pepper and beef pieces
