Keema is a very popular North Indian dish. It can be cook with any kind of vegetable as its a versatile dish.

Serving: 2 Person
Preparation Time: 15 Mins
Cooking Time: 40 Mins

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Ground Chicken,Washed
  • 3-4 Bunches Spinach, Washed and Chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Green Chillies, Chopped
  • 2 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 Bay Leaves
  • Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
How to make Chicken Saag Keema

Step 1:
Heat oil in a pan, Add bay leaves, onion, ginger-garlic and green chillies.Saute till the softens

Step 2: Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and garam masala in onion mixture

Step 3: Mix tomato sauce into the pan and cook for a minute
