- 1 small Onion, Thinely Chopped
- 1 small Tomato, Seedless and Chopped
- 1-2 Green Chili, Chopped
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Few Curry Leaves, Washed
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
