Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Mutton Liver, Washed and Drained
  • 1 large Onion, Thinley Sliced
  • 2 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
How to make Mutton Kaleji

Step 1: Heat oil in a large pan, add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for a minute till the onion becomes soften

Step 2: Add tomato, saute till the oil separates
