- 1/2 kg Mutton Liver, Washed and Drained
- 1 large Onion, Thinley Sliced
- 2 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
