Ingredients
- 1 cup Green Peas, Boiled and Grated
- 1 cup Cheese Cottage, Grated
- 3 cup Refined Flour
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1-2 Green Chilli, Chopped
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Water as required (To knead Dough)
- 2 tsp Butter
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
How to make Matar Paneer Kulcha
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds and onion till the onion become softens. Add green peas and mix well
Step 2: Combined red chilli powder and salt in onion mixture.Turn off heat and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3: Place refined flour in a big bowl than add baking powder, salt and 2 tablesppon oil in it. Knead a smooth dough with help of water. Keep dough aside for an hour
