Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya Granuels, Soaked and Drain
- 1/2 cup Bengal Gram
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger, Grated
- 3-4 Garlic Clove, Crushed
- 2 Green Chillies, Chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Pinch Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat oil in deep pan, add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic, green chillies and saute for a minute till the onion become soften
Step 2: Add soya granuels, bengal gram, red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala and salt into onion mixture. Mix well. Cook for few minutes and remove from the heat
