Soya shammi kabab surely gonna delight vegeterians. Its a popular Awadhi dish. Fried patty 'Shammi' can be taste with green or mint chutney.

Serving: 3-4 Person
Preparation Time: 15 Mins
Cooking Time: 20 Mins

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Soya Granuels, Soaked and Drain
  • 1/2 cup Bengal Gram
  • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger, Grated
  • 3-4 Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • 2 Green Chillies, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Pinch Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
 
Step 1: Heat oil in deep pan, add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic, green chillies and saute for a minute till the onion become soften

Step 2: Add soya granuels, bengal gram, red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala and salt into onion mixture. Mix well. Cook for few minutes and remove from the heat
