A tasteful combination of perfectly cooked pasta and tuna salad, this recipe is surprisingly easy to make. It tastes best when served chilled because the flavors blend well during the chilling time. You can replace tuna with chicken if you wish. Here is how to make Tuna Macaroni Salad:

Preparation time: 1 hour 20 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients
  • 200 grams Elbow Macaroni
  • 1/2 cup Green peas (frozen and thawed)
  • 250 grams can Tuna (drained)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 medium Stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1: Cook macaroni in boiling salted water
Step 2: Add peas 5 minutes before just about cooked
Step 3: Rinse with cold water
Step 4: Drain the macaroni
