Ingredients
- 1 Packet, Egg Noodles
- 1 tbsp Ginger- Garlic Paste
- 1 large sized Onion, Sliced
- 1 Carrot, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Cabbage, Shredded
- 1 medium sized Capsicum, Sliced
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
For Sauce
- 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Water as needed
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger- garlic and onion for a minute. Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, chilli powder and salt as per taste
Step 2: Keep stirring veg mixture over medium heat. Cook till the vegetables changes color and become tender. Set mixture aside
