- 500 gram Pumpkin, Peeled, Seeded and Chopped
- 2 large sized Onion, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, Chopped
- 2-3 Whole Red Chilli
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat oil in pan, add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds, when seeds become crackles, saute whole red chilli, garlic and onion in it till they changes color
Step 2: Add pumpkin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, sugar and salt as per taste. Mix well
