Ingredients
- 12 Biscuit crumbs
- chopped Walnuts
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Paneer
- 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup Mango pulp
- 1/4 cup chopped Mangoes
- 1/2 cup whipped Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp cream Cheese
Step 1: Crush the biscuit into a coarse powder with the help of rolling pin.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the biscuit powder, butter and walnuts well. Set aside the mixture to set the crust.
Step 3: Blend sugar and paneer in a mixer without using water.
