Refreshing cucumber sangria is lighter and healthier drink with a great blend of herbs, white wine, citrus and cucumber without any sugar added. The naturally low carb sangria can also be paired with food. The fresh drink can be a substitute of wine. Cool flavor of this fun drink can be added with fruits instead of herbs. The recipe of this mocktail is given here as follows.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 small honeydew Melon
  • 1/2 thinly sliced Lime
  • 1/2 thinly sliced Cucumber
  • 1 sprigs of Mint
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 bottle of Soda Water
  • 1/2 bottle of white Wine
How to make Cucumber Sangria

Step 1: Remove the seeds and rind from the melon and cut into thin slices.

Step 2: In a jug combine lime, cucumber, mint, wine and honey and stir gently.

Step 3: Cover the jug and chill for 3 hours.
