Ingredients
  • 85g pkt Strawberry jelly crystals
  • 250g Strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 1/2 cup caster Sugar
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup plain Flour
  • 1/4 cup desiccated Coconut
  • 60g chopped Macadamias
  • 50g chopped white Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Frangelico liqueur
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry jam
  • 2 * 125g pkt Lindt Lindor White Chocolate Balls
  • 90g pkt white chocolate
  • Icing sugar
White chocolate cream
  • 100g chopped white cooking Chocolate
  • 1 cup thickened Cream
  • 250g ctn Mascarpone
How to make White chocolate snowball and strawberry trifle

Step 1: Make strawberry jelly according to packet directions, then pour into a trfle bowl.

Step 2: Add 150g of strawberry to it and then chill it for 4 hours.

Step 3: In a large bowl, place sugar and butter in it, then add egg and stir the mixture until it becomes thick and shiny.

Step 4: Afterwards, add flour, coconut, macadamia, white chocolate and milk in it and stir well until combined.
