- 300 gram Black Beans, Soaked and Drained
- 300 gram Pinto Beans, Soaked and Drained
- 300 gram Kidney Beans, Soaked and Drained
- 250 gram Sweet Corn, Frozen and Drained
- 1 medium sized Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 jalapeno, Seeded and Minced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Seeded and Diced
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Oregano, Dried
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper Powder
- Water as required
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
How to make Three - Bean Vegetarian Chilli
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan saute garlic and onion till become softens. Add jalapeno, red bell pepper, cumin powder, oregano, chilli flakes and red chilli powder. Keep stirring for 5 minutes
Step 2: Combine tomato puree, sweet corns, black beans, pinto beans and kidney beans. Pour 2 cups of water and bring flame to the simmer and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes
