- 1 cup Rice, Uncooked
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Seeded
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, Seeded
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Pinneapple Chunks, Drained
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1/4 cup Soya Suace
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
- Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
How to make Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Place chicken breast, rice, pinneapple chunks, onion, garlic, red bell pepper and green bell pepper in a baking sheet with cooking spray
Step 2: In a saucepan, add soya sauce, salt, brown sugar, vinegar and chicken stock .Bring it to boil over high flame Stir till the sugar dissolves. Turn off falme and pour mixture over chicken mixture
