Omelette curry is an exotic dish made with omelette cut into pieces and cooked into tangy tomato. If you left over omelette at home, you can make Omelette curry from it. Curry recipe as below:

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 Large Sized Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Ginger- Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Few Coriander Leaves,Chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
How to make Omelette Curry
Step 1: Beat egg with coriander leaves and salt . Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and pour egg mixture . Keep flipping to cook from both of sides. Flame off and cut prepared omelette into four square pieces. Set them aside
Step 2: Heat oil in deep pan and add cumin seeds, when it crackles saute onion till turns to softens
Step 3: Now add tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste. Keep Cooking till the tomatoes become tender
