- 250 gram Ground Turkey (Dark Meat)
- 500 gram Kidney Beans, Rinsed
- 1 medium sized Onion, Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree, Seeded
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
- Salt to taste
How to make Turkey and Bean Chilli
Step 1: Heat oil in a deep- bottomed pan, saute garlic and onion for a minute than mix green bell pepper. Stir for 4-6 minutes untill tender
Step 2: Combine tomatoes and ground turkey in onion mixture toss well. Keep cooking for about 5-7 minutes
Step 3: Add cumin powder, tomato puree and red chilli powder . Stir a minute
