Ingredients

• 250 gm Dark Chocolate Chips
• 3/4 cup Plain Flour
• 55 gm Salted Butter + For Greasing
• 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
• 4 Eggs - Yolk Part only
• 1 tbsp Coco Powder
• 2 tsp Vanilla Essence

How to make Chocolate Lava Cake

Step 1: In a double boiler heat chocolate chips. Heat till it's completely melted

Step 2: In another bowl add salted butter, vanilla essence, coco powder and castor sugar. Mix well

Step 3: Add egg yolks one after the other. Keep mixing

Step 4: Add plain flour while stirring. Make sure there are no lumps

Step 5: Add melted chocolate in the mixture to make batter. Keep mixing
