Chicken chasseur, a classic recipe that is packed with flavor of onion, garlic, mushroom, chicken, tomato, wine and stock. This easy to make dish is fine for dine that can be served with creamy mash.   • 2 tsp Oil
  • 50g Butter
  • 4 Chicken Legs
  • 2 chopped Onion
  • 4 crushed Garlic cloves
  • 300g sliced Mushrooms
  • 250ml red Wine
  • 4 tbsp Tomato purée
  • 800ml Chicken stock
How to make Chicken Chasseur

Step 1: Heat half of the oil and butter together in a large skillet.

Step 2: Fry the chicken in it until it turns golden, fry both side, then set it aside.

Step 3: Heat the rest of the oil and butter in an another pan and add onion, garlic and mushroom until they are softened and turns golden.
