  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter Milk
  • 2 Egg
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 tsp Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Melted Butter (grease)
  • 100 gram Unsalted Butter
For Icing  
  • 2 ½ cup Icing Sugar
  • 300 gram Cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 120 gram Unsalted Butter
Step 1: Preheat the oven up to 350 degree F. In a bowl whisk flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda

Step 2: In another bowl beat unsalted butter and sugar well, then add vanilla extract, vinegar, red food coloring, butter milk and egg until it get fluffy

Step 3: Mix the ingredients of both the bowls and make a smooth batter

  • 1/4 cup dried Currants

  • 1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Raisins

Step 1: Take a large bowl and place dried cherries, currants, walnuts, almonds, pecans, raisins and brandy in a container. Mix and stir them well then keep it for at least 24 hours in airtight container

Step 1: Line bottom and sides of a baking pan with plastic wrap

Step 2: In a heavy saucepan, mix chocolate chips and corn syrup and cook on low heat until it gets smooth

  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice

  • 7 ounce Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 
  • 3/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs 
  • 1/8 cup Ground Almonds
Step 1: Preheat the oven up-to 375 F

Step 2: In a bowl mix granulated sugar, graham cracker crumbs, almonds and butter. Press the mixture in a pie pan and bake it for 20 minutes. Then cool it

Recipe of Bean Salad (Salsa Dressing)

  • 100 gm Kidney Bean (Rajma) - Soaked over night
  • 50 gm French beans - Boiled & Chopped
  • 100 gm Baked beans - Soaked over night
  • 2-4 tsp Salsa sauce
  • Veggies - French beans, Chilies, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper
  • Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
  • Coriander

Step 1: Boil baked beans and kidney beans and keep aside.
