Classic, sweet and creamy Indian yogurt drink is healthy and tasty as well. Flavor of cardmom adds a distinct taste to the lassi. The refreshing and cool drink is very popular in North India, especially in Punjab. You can accompany the lassi with paratha or samosa chat as well. The recipe of this quick drink is given as follows.

Ingredients

200 gm plain low-fat Yogurt
6 tbsp Sugar
4 large Ice cubes
1 teaspoon ground Cardamom
5 chopped Almonds


How to make Cardamom Lassi


Step 1: In a blender, put sugar, yogurt and cardamom, then blend them until become smooth.
Step 2: Transfer the lassi into the glasses.
Step 3: Chill them in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Add ice cubes to the glass and garnish with chopped almonds.
Step 5: Serve chilled cardamom lassi.
