Ingredients:
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 800 gms Chicken - Diced
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2-3 Onions - Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water / as Required
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
For Green Masala: (Grind to a paste)
  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Coconut - Freshly Scrapped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Piece - Roughly Chopped
  • 3 Green Chilies - Slit
For Coconut Milk:
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 3/4 cup Coconut - Freshly Scrapped

Step 1: Marinate the chicken in salt, garlic paste and ginger paste. Mix well 
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan. Add black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and cumin seeds. Saute till the smell comes
Step 3: Add onions and cook till translucent
