Easy to make Tofu Tacos giving the taste of numerous ingredients, flavours and spices is good. Robust filling packed in tacos shell is worthy for light lunch or dinner. This vegetarian version of tofu tacos won't let you miss its meaty version. The recipe of this appetizer is given as follows.

Ingredients

    • 1 package crumbled garden herb Tofu
    • 2 tbsp vegetable Oil
    • 1 minced clove Garlic
    • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
    • 2 tsp Chili powder
    • 1/4 tsp Paprika
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne Pepper
    • 1/4 tsp ground Cumin
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 juiced Lime
    • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
    • 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
    • 10 heated Taco shells
    • 2 cups shredded Lettuce
    • 2 chopped Tomatoes
    • 1 peeled, pitted and diced Avocado
    • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 1/4 cup Salsa


How to make Tofu Tacos

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add tofu, garlic and onion, and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in chili powder, paprika, cayenne, cumin, salt, lime juice and tomato sauce, then cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in cilantro and transfer the mixture into taco shells.
Step 4: Top the mixture with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, Cheddar cheese and salsa, then serve.

The incredible Italian dish has amazing combination with Indian flavours. Crispy, crunchy and tasty to the core is outstanding with naan as base and paneer and other vegetables as topping over it. Though, it takes some time, but the outcome, savory Paneer Naan Pizza is very tasty and scrumptious whose recipe is given as follows.

Ingredients

    • 2 Naan
    • 4 sliced Green Capsicum
    • 1 chopped Onion
    • 2 tbsp Butter
    • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
    • Mozzarella cheese






    For paneer tikka
    • 250g cut into cubes cottage Cheese
    • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped Tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup Yogurt
    • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
    • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
    • 2 tbsp Oil


How to make Paneer Naan Pizza

Step 1: In a bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder and garam masala powder, then mix well.
Step 2: Sprinkle red chilli powder and salt on the cheese cubes, then roll them in the yogurt mixture. Keep aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, then add tomatoes and onions, and cook until onion turns translucent.
Step 4: Add cheese cubes and cook until turns golden from all sides.
Step 5: Spread some butter on the naans, then followed by chopped garlic, tomato ketchup, cheese mixture, sliced capsicum and onion.
Step 6: Place slices of mozzarella on it, then finally sprinkle chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Step 7: Place the naans in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven until the pizzas are heated and cheese is bubbling.
Step 8: Again, place them under the broiler until the cheese is slightly browned.
Step 9: Cut into the wedges and serve hot paneer naan pizza.

  • 1 cup crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cubed ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of garam Masala
  • One pinch of kasuri Methi


How to make Paneer Jalfrezi

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, then fry the paneer until golden brown on all sides. Set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and kalonji.
Step 3: Add onion and saute until turns translucent.
Step 4: Add ginger and garlic, and saute until becomes fragrant.
Step 5: Add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Step 6: Add crushed canned tomato, carrots, capsicum and one cup of water, then cook covered until vegetables become tender.
Step 7: Add paneer and cubed tomato, then mix well and simmer until the gravy turns fairly thick.
Step 8: Afterwards, add kasuri methi, garam masala and salt, then again mix well.
Step 9: Serve paneer jalfrezi with hot chapati.
