Ingredients

    • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose Flour
    • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 14 tbsp unsalted Butter
    • 1/3 cup Sugar
    • 1/2 cup dark brown Sugar, packed
    • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 large Egg
    • 1 large Egg yolk
    • 1 cup chocolate Chips
    • Ice cream

How to make Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

Step 1: In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside.
Step 2: In a saucepan, melt 10 tbsp butter and cook while whisking constantly, until turns golden brown.
Step 3: Remove from the heat, then strain through fine sieve and stir in 4 tbsp butter until completely melted.
Step 4: Whisk in sugar and vanilla, then whisk in egg and egg yolk until well combined.
Step 5: Add in flour mixture and beat until mixed well, then gently fold in chocolate chips.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the greased iron skillets, then bake in a preheated oven until edges are golden brown.
Step 7: Top with ice cream, then serve immediately.
