Rare and flavourful crispy chicken sandwich is perfect and tastes amazing with a dip in dill pickle mayonnaise. It's really great if you crave for the spicy, yummy and crunchy taste. Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside sandwich is quick and made effortlessly in a couple of minutes. Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 tsp kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Paprika
    • 1 tsp black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp dried Thyme
    • 1/2 tsp dried Sage
    • 1/2 tsp cayenne Pepper
    • 2 halved boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
    • 1 1/2 cups all purpose Flour
    • 1 tsp Baking powder
    • 3 tbsp Water
    • 2 lightly beaten Egg whites
    • 2 quarts vegetable Oil
    • 4 potato hamburger Buns
    • Shredded Lettuce
    • Dill Pickle Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle Chips
    • 1 tsp pickle Brine
    • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp yellow Mustard
    • 1/2 tsp black Pepper

How to make Crunchy Chicken Sandwich

Step 1: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for dill pickle mayonnaise well and set aside.
Step 2: In an another bowl, combine salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, sage, and cayenn. Keep aside 1 tbsp mixture.
Step 3: Gently pound each dry chicken piece between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, then season all over with spice mixture.
Step 4: In an another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and reserved 1 tbsp spice mixture together.
Step 5: Add water to the flour mixture and rub together with your fingers until shaggy pieces form.
Step 6: Dip chicken in egg whites to thoroughly coat, then dredge in flour mixture and press to adhere.
Step 7: Place the chicken pieces to prepared wire rack and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
Step 8: Heat oil in a dutch, then fry chicken until turns golden brown on each side.
Step 9: Cool the fried chicken on a wire rack, then serve in between buns with dill pickle mayonnaise and shredded lettuce.
