Baked pasta comes out to be with more flavor and taste. It is a great supper with mozzarella and ripe tomatoes. Creamy pasta dish is truly satisfying with the aromatic basil. Easy to make Italian dish is colorful, creamy, yummy, tasty and ready in couple of minutes. Also, avoid overcooking, otherwise the flavors does not come out as they have to be. Prepare in your kitchen Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta with recipe given as follows.

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp olive Oil
    • 2 chopped Garlic cloves
    • 2 x 400g cans chopped Tomatoes
    • Chilli powder to taste
    • 400g Pasta
    • Handful Basil leaves
    • 250g pack sliced Mozzarella
    • 50g grated Parmesan
    • Salt to taste

How to make Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta

Step 1: Heat the oil in a pan, then add garlic and fry for 1 min.
Step 2: Add tomatoes, chilli and salt, then simmer for 10 mins.
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain.
Step 4: Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce and basil well.
Step 5: Transfer half of the pasta mixture in the baking dish, then arrange half the mozzarella over the top and sprinkle half of the Parmesan.
Step 6: Add remaining pasta mixture, then mozzarella and parmesan.
Step 7: Bake the dish in a preheated oven until lightly browned on top.
Step 8: Add some basil and serve with a green salad.

Ingredients

    • 1/2 pound Spaghetti
    • 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
    • 2 Anchovy fillets
    • 4 sliced Garlic cloves
    • 2 pounds quartered Tomatoes
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Chopped flat-leaf parsley


How to make Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Anchovy Butter

Step 1: Cook the spaghetti, then drain and reserve its cooking liquid.
Step 2: Heat butter in a skillet, then add anchovy fillets and 4 sliced garlic cloves.
Step 3: Cook them while stirring often until anchovies are broken down and garlic is soft.
Step 4: Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and then cook while stirring occasionally until they fall apart.
Step 5: Toss in spaghetti and cooking liquid, and cook until sauce coats pasta.
Step 6: Toss in chopped parsley, and serve hot and yummy spaghetti with tomatoes and anchovy butter.

How to make Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, then add pepper and onion stir fry mix, garlic, and cumin, and cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 2: Add tomatoes, chile peppers, broth, salt and pepper, then simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Add corn into the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Transfer this soup into the serving bowls, then add tortilla chips and top with cheese and avocado.

Ingredients
  • 500 gram Pumpkin, Peeled, Seeded and Chopped
  • 2 large sized Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, Chopped
  • 2-3 Whole Red Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Step 1: Heat oil in pan, add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds, when seeds become crackles, saute whole red chilli, garlic and onion in it till they changes color

Step 2: Add pumpkin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, sugar and salt as per taste. Mix well

Ingredients
  • For the Filling
  • 250 gram Cottage Cheese, Grated
  • 100 gram Processed Cheese
  • 1 large sized Onion, Chopped
  • 2 medium sized Tomato, Chopped
  • 2-3 Chillies, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • For the Wrapper
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • Water as needed (for dough)
  • Salt to taste

Step 1: Seive all purpose flour and salt in a bowl and knead a stiff dough using enough water. Cover and keep aside

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger-garlic paste, onion and green chillies for a minute then add tomatoes. Cook till the color changes.

Step 1: Take a large bowl, mix fenugreek leaves, millet flour, gram flour, asafoetida, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, sugar, curd and salt as per your taste

Step 2: Make shallow well in bowl and pour 2 tablespoon of oil. Combined each ingredient well and knead a stiff dough using required water. Divide the dough in to equal sized balls

Ingredients

  • 2 large Potatoes, Sliced
  • 1 cup Split Green Gram Nuggets
  • 1 large Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2-3 Green Chillies, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 2 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

Step 1: Heat oil in a pressure cooker, fry greeen gram nuggets and set aside

Step 2: Add asafoetida and cumin seeds in remaining oil,when cumin seeds crackles add kasoori methi and garlic. Mix well

Step 3: Saute onion for a minute till become soften. Add fried gram nuggets (vadi) into the onion mixture and stir for about 5 minutes

How to make Three - Bean Vegetarian Chilli

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan saute garlic and onion till become softens. Add jalapeno, red bell pepper, cumin powder, oregano, chilli flakes and red chilli powder. Keep stirring for 5 minutes

Step 2: Combine tomato puree, sweet corns, black beans, pinto beans and kidney beans. Pour 2 cups of water and bring flame to the simmer and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes
