Ingredients
  • 10 to 12 Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 2 cups Mix Vegetables ( French Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum )
  • 1/4 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 Garlic Cloves - Crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger - Grated
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sring Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
How to make Vegetable Spring Rolls

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, spring onion and saute for few minutes

Step 2: Add vegetables and saute on hight heat, until lightly softened
