Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Onion - Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 3-4 Tomatoes - Finely Chopped
  • 3-4 whole Green Chilies
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper - Crushed
  • 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
  • Mint leaves or
  • Coriander leaves
How to make Chicken Karahi

Step 1: Boil the tomatoes & peel off the skin when cool enough to handle. Clean and wash the chicken and keep aside, pre-hand

Step 2: In a big deep bowl drizzle some oil add ginger & garlic paste, tandoori masala, chicken and salt to taste. Marinate it for at least an hour.
