Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion - Finely Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 3-4 Tomatoes - Finely Chopped
- 3-4 whole Green Chilies
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper - Crushed
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
- Mint leaves or
- Coriander leaves
How to make Chicken Karahi
Step 1: Boil the tomatoes & peel off the skin when cool enough to handle. Clean and wash the chicken and keep aside, pre-hand
