- 1 tsp Yogurt
- 1 Pinch Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- ½ tsp Ginger Paste
- ½ tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Pinch Food Color (Saffron if required)
- ½ cup or more Water
- Few Curry Leaves
- Oil for fry
