- 4-6 tbsp Oil
- 1 Kg Mutton
- 1 Kg Spinach
- 1 tbsp dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- 4 Green Chilies
- 2 Onion - Chopped
- 2 Tomato - Chopped
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 6-8 whole Black Pepper (Optional)
- 4 Cloves
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
- Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cream
Step 1: Blanch the spinach in about 1 cup of water and ground it to a fine paste.
Step 2: In a large pan drizzle in oil & stir fry the onion until it turns brown.
Step 3: When onion are brown, add in cumin seeds, black cardamom, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cloves, ginger garlic paste and whole black pepper, mix well together and add salt to taste.
