Ingredients
  • Preparation Time: 10 Mins
  • 200 gms Oil
  • 2- 3 Tomato - Chopped
  • 5 Red Chillies
  • 1/2 kg Fish 
  • 10 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek / Methi seeds 
  • 1 tsp Panch Phoran Seeds
  • 3-4 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Coconut Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel / Saunf 
  • Salt to taste

How to make Bengali Fish Curry

Step 1: Clean the fish with the help of normal salt & wash it in fresh water

Step 2: Shallow fry the fish till tender and keep aside

Step 3: Blend onion & garlic coarsely
