Recipe of Mutton Soup
Serving: 2 - 3 Persons

Cooking Time: 35 Minutes
Ingredients
- 200 gram Mutton Bones ,Washed
- 1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
- 1 Medium Sized Tomato, Chopped
- 1 Bay leaf
- 4-5 Cloves
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 6-8 Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Ginger Paste
- ½ tsp Garlic Paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Water as required
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Few Coriander Leaves
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Boil mutton in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water till the 3-4 whistles. Remove mutton from the cooker and keep it aside
Step 2: Heat oil in a large pan put bay leaf, cloves, black pepper and cumin seeds. When it crackled, add ginger-garlic paste then Sauté onion over medium flame
