Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Rice
- 1/4 cup Moong Dal
- 5 Grated Cardamom
- 1 Grated Nutmeg
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 3 tbsp Cashew nuts
- 2 cup Jaggery
- A pinch of Saffron
- 1 cup Milk (Optional)
- Water as required
Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Roast dry moong dal and rice till they turn in golden brown colour. Keep aside
Step 2: Transfer the roasted dal and rice in pressure cooker, add 4 cups water in it and cook for 4-5 whistles. Mash it well once done
