Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 medium sized Cucumber, Peeled and Chopped
- 1 Green Capsicum, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tomato, Diced
- 2 tbsp Black Olives
- 1 Bunch Green Onion, Chopped
- ¾ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ cup Soya sauce
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat water in a pan, add quinoa to the water and bring it to the boil. Reduce heat to the simmer until the quinoa is tender and water has been absorbed. Once it done, keep it aside to cool
