Ingredients
- 10 Fresh Grape Leaves, Rinsed and Drained
- 2 medium sized Onion, Minced
- 1 medium sized Tomato, Chopped
- ¼ cup Long Grain Rice, Uncooked
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 1 tbsp Dill, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Parsley Leaves, Chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion over a medium flame till the onion become softens. Add tomato and stir for 5 minutes then add rice with required water to boil. Bring it to the boil and keep covered
Step 2: Combine dill, pine nuts, parsley leaves, lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt to the cooked rice. Mix well and stir it for few minutes. Turn off the heat and keep aside
