Ingredients
- 2 cups Boiled Noodles
- 3 tbsp Olive or Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Carrot, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup Capsicum, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion, Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger, Finely Chopped
- 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- Salt to taste
How to make Hakka Noodles
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add sliced onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and saute on a medium high flame for 2 minutes
