Ingredients
  • 2 cups Boiled Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • Salt to taste
How to make Hakka Noodles

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add sliced onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and saute on a medium high flame for 2 minutes

Step 2: Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
